Question 1

Are your tutors certified teachers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every tutor at Sai Tutoring is a certified Ontario French teacher with formal teaching credentials and real classroom experience. You are not working with a student tutor or a general academic helper. You are working with a professional educator who has spent years teaching French in a school setting.

Question 2

Do you support French Immersion students?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. French Immersion is one of our core focuses. Our teachers understand the immersion curriculum at every grade level, from the early French Immersion streams through Grade 12. We know what immersion schools expect and we work directly within that framework.

Question 3

Do you follow the Ontario French curriculum?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our sessions are aligned with Ontario provincial expectations and school curricula. We are familiar with what students are expected to know at each grade level and we tailor sessions to reinforce and extend what is being taught in the classroom.

Question 4

Are sessions available on evenings and weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We know families have busy schedules. Evening and weekend slots are available and are actually our most popular times. We will work around your family schedule during the consultation.

Question 5

Are sessions online or in person?

Accepted Answer

Sessions are primarily conducted online by video call, which allows for flexible scheduling from the comfort of your home anywhere in Ontario. In person sessions can be requested and arranged based on availability and location.

Question 6

How long is each tutoring session?

Accepted Answer

A standard session is 60 minutes. We can also arrange 45 minute or 90 minute sessions depending on the student’s needs and attention span.

Question 7

Do you offer a free consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The initial consultation is free and helps us understand your child’s needs, set goals and determine the best approach before committing to sessions.

Question 8

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be billed at the full rate, depending on the circumstances.

Question 9

How is billing handled?

Accepted Answer

We bill monthly based on the number of completed sessions. Each family receives a clear monthly summary showing session counts and amounts due. Payment is expected within 7 days of receiving the summary.

Question 10

How do you track student progress?

Accepted Answer

We keep detailed session notes and regularly communicate with parents about progress, challenges and areas of improvement. We also adjust the learning plan as the student grows.

Question 11

Who are the tutors at Sai Tutoring?

Accepted Answer

Our tutors are certified Ontario French teachers who tutor privately alongside their classroom work. They teach French to real students every day, so they know exactly what schools expect, how exams are structured, and how to explain concepts in ways that click.

Question 12

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We work with families across Ontario online, with most of our students in the Greater Toronto Area, including Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Markham and Oakville.
